A typical 3 bed semi-detached house in the Woodfarm area of Giffnock. This area is unique in terms of planning consents for 2 storey rear extensions. Ordinarily, this type of extension is not considered by any planning department.

The design incorporates an additional bedroom on the upper floor and enhanced bathroom. The ground floor provides additional living space with a study area and utility room.
